New EPC Partnership Helps You Stay Healthy, Pays Your 2024 Membership Dues and Raises Club Funds

Evergreen Pickleball Club is excited to launch a new partnership with Element3 Health that is a win-win for you and our club. During the pandemic, health plan providers realized that people staying social and having fun is good for their overall health and well being. Element3 Health works with providers such as UnitedHealthcare to help keep its members physically, socially and mentally active in clubs like EPC.

Through our partnership with Element3, pickleball players who are members of an eligible health plan, including UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage and supplemental plans, earn money for the club every time they participate in a club-related activity. There is no cost to you. In fact, the funds you earn this year will pay your 2024 EPC membership dues and contribute to the club’s budget.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Sign up at 3hfun.com/evergreenpb. You’ll need your health plan ID card to see if your health plan qualifies.

  2. Participate in club and pickleball activities as you normally would, including playing at Wulf, Marshdale, EMS, down the hill or anywhere you find a game. Plus, attending EPC socials, clinics, tournaments, Pickle ‘n’ Potluck or serving as a volunteer at EPC events are also qualifying activities.

  3. Each month you’ll receive an email from Element3 Health asking how many times you played pickleball or attended an EPC event. Your health plan provider will pay EPC for each activity (up to 10 times per month.)

  4. At the end of the year, the money you’ve contributed to EPC will pay for your 2024 EPC membership dues.

  5. Feel free to reach out to any EPC board member or Element3 Health, 833 906-1700, if you have questions.
