Gala Details

• Everyone is Invited but you must purchase a ticket to be admitted. (Private Event)

• Location: Wild Game Party Room (Private Event)

• Admission is $35 per person. ($25 for catered dinner, $10 donation to EChO, and 1 Raffle Ticket)

• Extra raffle tickets will be available for purchase

• Catered meal by Genesee Pub & BBQ. Brisket, Chicken, Pulled Pork, 3 Side Dishes, Sauces, and Condiments

• Adult Beverages at Happy Hour prices

• Desserts made by our own EPC Member ‘Chefs’. (A vote to be taken for the best one.)

• EChO Children’s Christmas Tree. Envelope “Decorations” with suggested donation to help meet children’s toy requests. Donors will “fill” the envelope with Cash/Check. This activity to be completed at the Gala. EChO staff will complete the gift presentation showing the organization as the donor.

• Silent Auction “Good Stuff”

• Prize Give-A-Ways from the Evergreen Pickleball Club
