Taking the Plunge – Tips for Playing Pickleball Inside Should You Decide

So, I took the plunge this week and decided to play inside at Wulf Rec Center. It was fun, but not without problems. While playing with a mask was not difficult, it was not a stroll in the park either.  Fortunately, I knew every player and to a person they were taking a 30 second break if anyone needed to catch their breath. One issue was that my anti-fog safety glasses fogged up. An alternative is safety goggles with removable lenses. They range in price from $19 to $29 on Amazon. Make sure a pickleball can’t penetrate the opening.  Until mine arrive, try this tip from June. Soak your glasses in soapy dish water for 20 minutes, then let them air dry on the counter. And voila, your goggles will not fog up.  This is a simple, cheap alternative, so thank you June. Playing inside is a personal decision.
