Owen Ellis, Linda Strauss & Lynne Yockey Medal on First Day

At the 2019 Colorado Open Friday, Linda Strauss and Lynne Yockey teamed to take Gold in Women’s Doubles 60-69 3.5 bracket, winning seven straight games to go undefeated in the nine-team field. Owen Ellis took Silver in Men’s Singles 60+ 3.5 bracket. John Andriola did not medal in a tough, five-man Men’s Singles 50-59 4.0 bracket.
Today, Men’s Doubles play will feature John & Rick Zgol, Owen and Andrew Stevens, and David Smith with Randy Watson, while Linda will be competing in Women’s Singles.
